FABIO FABITOS + JAQUE LEFF
With over 30 years of history, MEDIC PREV went through a strategic transformation to modernize its brand image and strengthen its market positioning within the healthcare sector. This project focused on strategic brand repositioning, marketing planning, and brand identity development, aligning legacy, purpose, and future growth.
The Challenge
As the company entered a new phase of leadership and management, MEDIC PREV needed to refresh its positioning, reinforce brand consistency, and become more competitive in an increasingly dynamic and digital market. I was invited to lead the Strategic Business Repositioning and full Branding process, with the mission of preserving the brand’s legacy while projecting it into a future-oriented, market-relevant positioning.
The Process
The project started with a comprehensive Marketing Diagnosis, conducted through eight collaborative workshops involving leadership and internal teams.
Key activities included:
-
Competitive analysis and market benchmarking
-
Identification of the most profitable and strategic business segments
-
Mapping opportunities, risks, and growth potential
-
Definition of new marketing strategies and business positioning
From the insights generated, I developed the complete Brand Platform, establishing:
-
Brand purpose and positioning
-
Brand archetype and personas
-
Tone of voice and brand narrative
-
Brand territory and strategic messaging
Based on this strategic foundation, I led the creation of:
-
A new visual identity system
-
A renewed brand manifesto
-
Comprehensive brand guidelines
-
Communication materials for both digital and physical touchpoints
The Result
A stronger, more cohesive, and future-ready brand, aligned with contemporary market demands. MEDIC PREV now presents a clear brand narrative, consistent visual identity, and reinforced positioning, strengthening its presence and relevance within the healthcare and services market.
